Otto Ou has a diverse background in banking and customer service, having held multiple roles at prestigious institutions including HSBC, where they served as Senior Propositions Manager in Customer Portfolio Management and Manager for both GBA and Jade propositions. They gained initial experience through summer internships at Standard Chartered Bank and China Guangfa Bank, as well as working as a Customer Service Representative for Swissport. Otto earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing an MBA at HKUST Business School and an MBA through the Global Network for Advanced Management at The University of British Columbia.
