Padmavathi Y

Padmavathi Y is the Delivery Head of Risk and Technology Controls at HSBC, where they lead initiatives in information security operations management. Previously, Padmavathi served as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan and as a Security & Compliance Leader at IBM. They have extensive experience in developing security policies, conducting audits, and implementing security solutions, including device encryption and data leakage prevention. Padmavathi holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Osmania University and several professional certifications, including ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Certified Ethical Hacker.
