Patrick Janduda is the Head of Global Operations & Automation Technology Europe, overseeing the Europe Operations and Automation Technology IT, including the Offshore Tech Centre resources. They previously held roles such as Demand & Onboarding Manager and Project and Process Manager at Lowell, where they facilitated various onboarding projects and process improvements. With a strong background in process, project, and product management, as well as digitalization and near- and offshoring strategies, Patrick has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field. They obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Universität Duisburg-Essen, alongside initial studies in education.
