Paul Hale possesses extensive experience in the finance sector, particularly in operations, settlements, and management roles. Starting as a Settlements Clerk at Framlington Group from 1987 to 1991, Paul progressed to Settlements Supervisor at Baring Securities and then to Settlements Manager positions at Merrill Lynch, HSBC Equity Operations, and Caspian Securities Limited. Paul served in Equity Finance Operations at HSBC Investment Banking & Markets PLC and was part of the Strategic Projects Group in Global Equities at HSBC. More recently, Paul held various leadership roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, including CFO for Global FX and Global Business Manager for Futures.
