Paul Malpass is currently the Managing Director and Head of Digital Transformation and Change Delivery at HSBC, overseeing significant initiatives within the Asia Pacific region. With experience spanning multiple roles across various HSBC offices, Malpass has previously served as the Head of Customer Due Diligence Quality Control and Remediation in China, and held key positions in strategic planning and project management in both Europe and France. Malpass earned a BSC (Hons) in Finance and Financial Management Services from The University of Manchester and a BA (Hons) in Politics with a minor in Economics from Loughborough University.
