Phil Tyrer

Phil Tyrer is a Senior Operations & Major Incident Manager with extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. They began their career at Lloyd's, serving as Lead Computer Operator from 1999 to 2004. Phil later worked at BT Group in various roles, culminating in Senior Security Manager for Cyber Defence Operations. Currently, Phil holds the position of Major Incident Process Lead - CTO at HSBC, where they continue to drive operational excellence.
