Previously, they held strategic change director roles at HSBC, overseeing major enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Phil's diverse experience includes roles at KPMG and Allianz, along with various research positions, highlighting a strong background in business strategy, operational change, and stakeholder management. They earned a First Class MA (Hons) in History from The University of Edinburgh.
