Piers Collins is the Global Head of Product Development for Derivatives Clearing Services at HSBC, where they have been leading since 2011. Previously, they held various leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank between 2008 and 2009, including the OTC Credit Change Programme Lead and the OTC Clearing Programme Architect, focusing on process improvement and implementing clearing house solutions. Piers also served as the Director of International Operations Process Management at American Express from 2004 to 2005. They earned a BA in Business Studies from Kingston University from 1985 to 1989.
