Pradeep Das has extensive experience in payment operations and business management, primarily at HSBC, where tenure began in July 2018 as VP of Asia Pacific Regional Payment Operations. Pradeep also held multiple roles from July 2012 to January 2014, including Director of Business Management and several managerial positions in planning and support for Payment Business Services. Noteworthy accomplishments include serving as the Global Head of Business Planning and Support for Cards and Mortgages Business Services and leading operations for fraud telephony in debit and credit card chargebacks.
