Pratik Patel is currently the Director and Head of GPS Client Implementation Technology, with extensive experience in project and test management across various organizations. Pratik's career includes roles at HSBC, where they served as Global Test Manager and Global Programme Manager for Real Time Payments. They began their professional journey in testing and management with positions at companies such as Carphone Warehouse Group, Xtempus Ltd, and Sage Group Consulting. Pratik holds a BA in Accounting from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City St George’s, University of London.
