Prayer Nekati is a Regulatory Risk Consultant with extensive experience in regulatory strategy and assurance across leading financial institutions. They have worked as a consultant at HSBC since 2018, focusing on the design and implementation of client asset operating models and regulatory projects. Previously, Prayer served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, providing assurance and advisory services to banking clients, and held roles at PwC, Brewin Dolphin, and the Royal Bank of Canada, specializing in CASS governance and operational risk controls. Prayer began their career as an Articled Clerk at KPMG Zimbabwe, emphasizing accounting and audit training. In addition to their financial expertise, Prayer holds a UEFA Level C coaching certification and coaches at Cowley Football Club.
