Preeti Pathak

Preeti Pathak is an Assistant Vice President at HSBC, specializing in operational and digital transformation and process excellence. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance, banking, and telecom sectors, they have a strong background in operations management, having spent 10 years in this field and 8 years driving operational excellence and automation projects. Preeti previously worked as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader at Willis Towers Watson, managing KYC teams and contributing to the Operational Excellence Team. They are currently pursuing Lean Six Sigma certifications at the Asian Institute of Quality Management and the Indian Statistical Institute, having also earned a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pune and a graduate degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
