Rachel Roch is a Senior Product Manager for Digital & Data at HSBC, where they drive the development of the bank's proprietary tokenization platform, HSBC Orion. Previously, Rachel held roles as a Finance Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University and as an intern in General Assurance at PwC and Financial Analysis at Jetstar Asia Airways. They completed a Graduate Analyst program within HSBC's Securities Services, gaining experience across various functions and developing digital solutions using Python and Excel. Rachel earned a degree from Singapore Management University, where they also served as a student ambassador, participating in professional development and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
