Ranojoy D. is the Head of Retail Products & Journeys at HSBC, where they lead the growth of a comprehensive suite of retail products including cards, loans, mortgages, deposits, and payments. They began their banking career in 1994 with Standard Chartered Bank in India and have since held senior positions at various regional and global banks, including ANZ. Ranojoy possesses extensive expertise in consumer banking, with a track record in strategy planning, sales leadership, and operational management across diverse markets. They earned an MBA in Marketing from Victoria University in 1999.
