Rashmi Nambiar is currently the VP of Finance Change Delivery at HSBC, a position held since 2025. Previously, Rashmi served as AVP of Process Excellence, Change Management & Transformation at HSBC and was a Manager in the BDCM team from 2015 to 2019.
