Renè Westphal

Renè Westphal, CFA, is the Head of Hedge Fund G10 Rates Sales at HSBC, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Director and in Institutional Rates Sales at HSBC from 2011 to 2017. Renè has pursued advanced studies in finance, completing a MSc in Finance & Investment at Durham University Business School and participating in term abroad programs at both Copenhagen Business School and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Renè holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
