Richard Beardshaw has extensive experience in sales within the financial services sector. Beginning a career at Platform Home Loans as Head of Sales from 1999 to 2007, Beardshaw later served as Director of Sales at Lehman Brothers - SPML for a brief period in 2008. From January 2009 to May 2015, Beardshaw worked at Countrywide Plc as Account Director, before taking on the role of Head of Sales for Mortgage Intermediaries at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management in June 2015, a position still held currently. Richard Beardshaw earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Leeds Trinity and All Saints College between 1991 and 1994.
