Richard WONG

Richard Wong is a Senior Change Delivery Manager at HSBC, where they focus on Human Resources Change Management projects, including HR processes engineering and systems upgrades. They began their career as a Personnel Assistant at The Hong Kong Jockey Club and have since accumulated extensive experience in HRIS, project management, and business transformation across the Asia Pacific region. Richard has managed various local, regional, and global projects and has worked within multicultural environments, providing consulting services to HR management. They hold an Honors Diploma in Personnel Management from Lingnan University, a Master's in Management Learning from Lancaster University, and a Master's in Information Systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
