Rita Shaw

Rita Shaw is a Global Transformation Lead in the Advisory Domain at HSBC, where they focus on implementing a new advisory model with Aladdin Blackrock for Portfolio Management and Analytics in Wealth and Private Banking. Rita previously served as a Product Owner at Deutsche Bank, managing digital advisory solutions and suitability frameworks, and held various positions across notable firms such as Credit Suisse and UOB, specializing in project and change management within the banking sector. They began their career as a Process Design Engineer at BOC India Limited after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. Rita is currently pursuing a Fleximasters in Business & Financial Analytics at Nanyang Business School.
