Rob Mckinney

Rob Mckinney is the Head of Share Plans at HSBC, responsible for overseeing the bank's global share plans and deferred compensation arrangements. Prior to this role, Rob served as a Group Share Plans Manager at HSBC and as a Tax Consultant at PwC, focusing on global taxation of share plans and expatriate payroll operations. Rob also gained experience as a Merchandiser at Samsung UK Ltd, managing supply chain operations for footwear imports. They hold a Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences from City, University of London, which they earned in 2017.
