Robert Luo, Ph.D., PMP, is currently the Chief Architect for the US Cloud Migration Program at HSBC, where they focus on wealth and personal banking architecture and lead global initiatives in conversational AI. Robert previously served as a Lead Systems Analyst at ConAgra Foods and held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst at both First National Bank of Omaha and AT&T. They also contributed as App Dev Lead at Noble Group, managing enterprise application and data platforms, and worked as a Vice President at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Robert earned their Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Missouri-Columbia after completing a Master's degree in Physics at Sun Yat-sen University.
