Roger de Basto

Roger de Basto is the Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Execution for Asia Pacific at HSBC, where they oversee ECM Transaction Management. With an extensive background in equity capital markets, Roger has completed a wide array of deals across multiple Asian markets, including IPOs and convertible bonds. Prior to their current role, they held senior positions at Macquarie Capital Securities Limited, ING Investment Banking, and Baring Brothers & Co. Roger earned a MA/BA in Physiological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
