Roger Harrison is an accomplished finance and transformation leader with extensive experience in strategic cost management and process optimization. Currently, as the Global Head of Change for Strategic Cost Management at HSBC, Roger defines and leads initiatives to enhance the transparency and accessibility of the global cost base. Notable previous roles include Intercompany Costs Programme Manager, overseeing the transformation of a USD 13bn intercompany recharge process, and leading finance transformation efforts across various functions within HSBC. Roger's background also includes significant leadership positions at EMZEDCO LTD, Cornwall & Co, and other firms, with a strong focus on finance and IT consulting. An alumnus of The University of Sheffield, Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies.
