Roland Lim

Roland Lim is currently the SVP of Planning and Sales Management at HSBC Singapore. They began their career as a Management Trainee at the Bank of the Philippine Islands in 2003 and progressed to roles such as Senior Manager of Customer Service and Operations Manager at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp. Roland held various positions at HSBC, including Vice President of Sales Performance and VP of Business Intelligence & Performance Management. They earned an MBA from the National University of Singapore and participated in an academic exchange at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, later obtaining a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
