Roland Tan is currently the Director of Infrastructure Finance at HSBC, where they have been advising and arranging debt for infrastructure transactions in Asia since 2012. Roland's career at HSBC progressed through various roles, starting as an Analyst, then Associate, and later Vice President before achieving the director position in 2023. Prior to HSBC, Roland gained experience as a Structured Trade Export Finance Intern at Deutsche Bank and as a Transaction Advisory Services Intern at Ernst & Young. Roland holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Singapore Management University, which they completed in 2012.
