Rory McCotter is the Head of Specialist Lending at HSBC, where they oversee various lending products. They began their career as a Credit Risk Analyst at First Direct from 2008 to 2010 before moving to HSBC, where they held several roles including Product Manager for Mortgage Retention and Home Loans, and Head of Mortgage Product. Rory has been leading the Secured Lending division at HSBC since 2020. They earned a BSc in Maths and Economics from Leeds University, graduating in 2007.
