Roshen Mather

Roshen Mather is a digital transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in technology and people management, currently serving as the Global Head of Credit Control and Fraud Management Technology at HSBC. For the past two years, they have led the technology transformation of retail credit and fraud control across more than 30 countries, focusing on integrating cloud-based solutions for data-driven risk decisioning. Previously, Roshen held various leadership roles at HSBC, including Chief Operating Officer and Regional Head of Software Delivery. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, enhancing their deep-rooted business acumen.
