Ross Kynvin

Ross Kynvin is currently the Head of the Continental Europe Special Credit Unit at HSBC. They have served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital since 2021, contributing to the care of approximately 4,000 injured wildlife each year. Previously, Kynvin held various significant roles at HSBC, including Senior Director and Head of the Continental Europe Loan Management Unit, where they led teams to manage problem exposures. They also experienced a sabbatical during which they traveled extensively and volunteered at Bow Foodbank in East London. Kynvin earned a BSc in Management Studies from the University of Surrey.
