Roy Lee is a seasoned financial and investment professional with extensive expertise in market and treasury risk management. They have held prominent roles, including Vice President of Market Risk Management at ICBC International and Director at BOCI and Fusion Bank, where they focused on managing trading and treasury risks, product control, and regulatory compliance. Roy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Currently, Roy serves as Financial Risk Lead for a new fintech venture at HSBC, focusing on various aspects of treasury and credit risk.
