With over 25 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Roy has held various roles, including Vice President Compliance at Merril and Compliance Manager at RBS and Nomura. Their earlier career included positions as Compliance Training Manager at Deutsche Bank and Compliance Specialist at Old Mutual Limited. Additionally, Roy began their career as a Compliance Analyst at Deutsche Asset Management.
