Rupal Jain has over two decades of diverse experience in technology and compliance across multiple industries. Beginning as a Graduate Trainee at Nath Chemicals, Rupal optimized resource planning and automation initiatives. At Infosys Technologies Limited, Rupal excelled as Technology Lead, managing strategic risk analytics projects and generating significant savings for clients. Transitioning to Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, Rupal spearheaded compliance initiatives aligned with financial regulations. Following a managerial role at Accenture focusing on technology strategy, Rupal joined HSBC as a Senior Product Owner, leading product capabilities in Transaction Monitoring across multiple markets and later serving as Global Programme Manager for Global Risk and Compliance Transformation, advising senior leadership on compliance strategies. Rupal holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PGPX in Strategy and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
