Ruth Wake

Ruth Wake is a Senior Payments Industry Manager at HSBC, where they are responsible for Faster Payments, BACS, Paym, Confirmation of Payee, and New Payments Architecture, among other initiatives. With a wealth of experience in the payments sector, Ruth has previously held roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Industry Manager and Senior Product Manager for Domestic & International Payments. Prior to their banking career, they worked in product development and marketing across various companies, such as AVF Limited and Fellowes. Ruth holds a BA Hons in Psychology and Media Studies from the University of Liverpool and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Wolverhampton.
