Sabin Rahman

Sabin Rahman is the Senior Vice President of Learning, Talent, Resourcing, and Organization Development at HSBC, a position held since 2023. Previously, Sabin worked at Robi Axiata Limited in various roles, including Vice President of Organization Change & Employee Experience, where they focused on driving a Modern, Agile, and Digital culture. Sabin also held key positions at Unilever, where responsibilities included HR transformation and engagement management. Sabin began their academic career as a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Independent University, Bangladesh, and holds a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and a Master's degree from Warwick Business School.
