Sam Farmer is currently the Lead AI Security Architect at HSBC, where they leverage their extensive expertise in cyber security. Previously, Sam served as a Senior Manager for Cyber Resilience and Response at RBC and held roles including Security Engineering Manager and Senior Analyst at Aberdeen and Brewin Dolphin, respectively. Known for their strong organizational skills and commitment to staying informed on the latest security threats, Sam has been recognized for their contributions to establishing a Security Operation Centre (SOC) and enhancing client services in that environment. Sam's educational background includes completing high school at Craigmount High School.
