Samer Kabbani

Samer Kabbani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and management, particularly in the banking sector. At HSBC Bank Middle East Limited, Samer served in various roles from March 1997 to June 2014, culminating as Regional Procurement Transformation Manager, where leadership focused on procurement transformation initiatives, stakeholder relations, compliance, and risk management. Prior positions included Head of Procurement & Vendor Management, overseeing procurement functions and vendor governance in Beirut, and roles in retail lending and customer operations. Earlier experience at the National Bank of Kuwait as a Customer Service Representative provided a strong foundation in customer relations and sales. Samer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.
