Sami Siddik is the Head of Funding & Liquidity, Markets Treasury at HSBC UK, a position held since 2021. Previously, Sami served as Associate Director in Regional Markets Treasury at HSBC from 2016 to 2018, where they managed various aspects of balance sheet management. Sami’s career began with internships at NCB and Wataniya Insurance Company in 2008 and 2009, respectively. They earned a BSc in Mathematics with Economics from UCL and an MSc in Risk Management & Financial Engineering from Imperial College London.
