Samuditha Samaratunga

Samuditha Samaratunga is currently a Talent Acquisition Officer at HSBC Sri Lanka, where they manage recruitment for Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Prior to this role, Samuditha worked at Sampath Bank, where they held positions including Authorized Officer in both the Reward Management Unit and Employee Resourcing Unit, overseeing reward management and the recruitment cycle. Samuditha began their career as a Junior Executive in Human Resources and completed an industrial placement at the same institution. They also served as President of the Sampath Bank Toastmasters Club from 2016 to 2017. Samuditha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colombo, earned in 2013.
