Samuel Chen

Samuel Chen is currently a Managing Director and Team Head of Offshore China Investment Counselling at HSBC Private Bank, where they also serve as the Interim Head of Global Private Banking for China. Previously, Samuel held various roles, including Director of China Corporate Sales at Standard Chartered Bank and Associate Director of China Corporate Sales at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. They began their career as an FX & Rates Structurer at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Samuel is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at Tsinghua University while also working towards a Ph.D. at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
