Sandra Busch is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of HR Germany at HSBC since July 2020. Prior to this role, Sandra held the position of HR Director for DWS Group from January 2018 to June 2020, overseeing HR operations for Germany and EMEA. Sandra's extensive background in HR includes a tenure at Deutsche Bank from August 1993 to December 2017, where Sandra worked as a Director and HR Business Partner in both Asset Management and Investment Banking.
