Sandra Pye is currently the Head of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLCM) at HSBC, where they lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences. Previously, they held roles including Complaints Analysis Manager and Head of People Experience, focusing on the design and implementation of Learning and Development strategies. Sandra began their career at HSBC Expat as a Premier Associate before progressing to Team Leader, where they managed a group of associates. They hold an NVQ in Beauty Therapy from Highlands College, Jersey.
