Sangeetha B has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily in compliance and transaction monitoring. Sangeetha served as a Process Developer at Genpact from December 2017 to April 2019, focusing on Synchrony Collections for the US region, handling inbound and outbound collection calls, and possessing sound knowledge of process metrics. Prior to this role, Sangeetha worked at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from March 2012 to November 2016, conducting investigations related to USD cash transactions and SWIFT messaging. Currently, Sangeetha is with HSBC, where since September 2021, responsibilities include monitoring unusual transactions for the MENA region, conducting thorough research using various internal and external sources, and managing complexities related to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Sangeetha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, completed between 2003 and 2005.
