Santo Zhao

Santo Zhao is an Information Security Associate currently serving as the Regional Head of TPSA ASP in Cybersecurity at HSBC since 2022. They previously worked as a GRC Senior Specialist and GRC Specialist at Bullish from 2020 to 2022, and as a Technology Risk Manager at Bank of China (Hong Kong) from 2016 to 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Governance & PMO Assistant Manager at China CITIC Bank International Limited and Information Security Associate at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Santo holds a Master of Philosophy from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master’s Degree from The University of Hong Kong, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees from 东南大学 and Politecnico di Torino.
