Satish K is currently the Vice President at HSBC, overseeing the Business Reconciliations Control Services. They lead the implementation of the ISO 20022 project across 47 markets while driving transformation and change management initiatives. With over 22 years of experience in accounting and reconciliations, including 11 years at HSBC and over 7 years at Citibank, Satish has a strong background in process improvement and stakeholder management. They are a certified Green Belt and Yellow Belt professional, adept at working in high-pressure environments with a focus on achieving cost savings and enhancing operational efficiencies. Satish holds a BCom (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and is pursuing further qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
