Sawsan Mounzer

Sawsan Mounzer is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for MENAT at HSBC since September 2022. With a robust history at HSBC, Sawsan held various leadership positions including Regional Head of Infrastructure Delivery for MENA & Turkey, Global Head of Product Management in Client Services-IT Operations, and Head of Client Services in IT Operations for the MENA region. Prior to these roles, Sawsan managed IT service operations and support, demonstrating expertise in IT service desk management, incident management, and operational data center services. Sawsan's career in the financial sector began at Emirates Bank International as an IT Quality Assurance Team Leader and included quality assurance roles at Gray Mackinsey Oilfield Services, highlighting a strong foundation in IT quality and operations.
