Scott Carter

Scott Carter is currently the Payroll Programme Manager at HSBC, where they focus on governance processes across Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Delivery Services. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Regional Head of Global Payroll Governance for EMEA and the Americas, providing guidance for payroll services and implementing global projects. Scott has also worked as a Project Change Lead at easyJet and held various roles at HSBC, including Global Payroll Project Manager and Systems Analyst. They completed a Higher National Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Wakefield College.
