Previously, Scott served as a Legal Adviser for The Electoral Commission and held various legal positions at the Department for Transport, BBC, Eversheds, and Baker & McKenzie. Scott earned a degree in Law with European Law from the University of Nottingham and studied European Law at Leiden University.
