Sebastian Cooke is a strategy and operations consultant specializing in delivering change projects within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, and Insurance. They have past experience as an Associate Consultant and Senior Consultant at EY, and they have held various roles at HSBC, progressing from Business Consultant to Senior Business Consultant, where they currently lead a team to redesign HSBC’s global Third Party Management journey. Sebastian is also involved in product management and digital product development, leveraging design thinking methodology. They are currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Politics at the University of Southampton.
