Serena Gavardi is currently the Vice President in HSBC Infrastructure Finance MENAT, where they lead the coordination, advice, and structuring of ECA-backed financing transactions across the region. Their career began in 2014 in the Italian Structured Finance market, and in 2016, they joined the Export and Asset Finance team at HSBC in Italy. In 2023, Serena moved to Dubai to spearhead export and infrastructure transactions across ECAs globally. They hold a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' and completed the Leaders of the Future program at The European House Ambrosetti in 2021.
