Serkan Topaloğlu

Serkan Topaloğlu is the Head of Workplace Experience and Operations at HSBC Turkey, where they have worked for 14 years. They graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and began their career in the petroleum sector at Tora Petrol. Serkan has held various engineering and management roles, including positions at Universal Hospital Group and TEB & BNP Paribas, where they contributed to major construction projects and facility management. Additionally, they have played a significant role in improving operational processes for critical facilities at HSBC Turkey.
