Seth Zirkel

Seth Zirkel is the Head of Accounting Policy for HSBC North America, where they oversee significant aspects of financial reporting and accounting policy. Prior to joining HSBC, Seth held various leadership roles including Executive Director at Nomura, where they managed the Accounting Policy function for the Americas. They also served as Vice President at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Vice President of Accounting Policy at Lehman Brothers. With a strong background in technical accounting gained at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Seth has contributed to numerous complex transactions and publications in the field. Seth is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lehigh University.
